#bEASYgoestoBandung

I just noticed that I haven’t shared with you the short trip I had with my teammates two weeks ago. A little bit about us, we are actually running a start up for healthy snack subscription box in Indonesia. We currently have 14 people in the team and we’ve been doing well until now.

A little bit about our business, it’s called bEASY, a combination between busy and easy. We actually want to help people who are busy to fulfill their needs with ease. The journey that we’re having surely offers us a lot of challenges, but we’re not going back!

Anyway, if you read my 2015 Best Nine of Life, you might have heard a little bit about my team. We started with 4 people, and by the end of 2015, we have 13 people. Actually after I shared that story, we have 1 new people in the team, so now there’s 14 of us!

Now, going back to the topic. Actually since the team has been made, we haven’t been able to do an outing and bonding. We usually just go eat together or things like that, so 2 weeks ago when we have 2 days off (because our classes are rescheduled), we decided to go to Bandung! It was really unfortunate that 1 of our friends couldn’t join us because one of his relatives passed away 😦Bandung is not very far from where we live, BSD City, Tangerang, but it offers us a whole different environment. That’s why we decided to go there.

We went to several places, but I didn’t manage to take photos in all the places we visited, so I guess I’ll just share the story.

Day 1 – April 20, 2016

Kawah Putih

#bEASYgoestoBandungThe first place we visit is Kawah Putih. Well, not the very first since we stopped in Sindang Reret for lunch, but I guess that doesn’t really count. We were having a lot of fun here, even on the way to the crater, because from the parking lot to the crater, we should use open-sides car like in the picture. And the road are surely a bumpy one. With all the people inside, can you imagine the noise we were making? XD

#bEASYgoestoBandungCan you tell how excited we are to take photos? LOL

Tizi Cake Shop and Restaurant

From Kawah Putih, we went to our villa first to put our bags and rest for a little while. Then we went out to Tizi Cake Shop and Restaurant to have our dinner.

The restaurant was nice and I love the environment. It was pretty and relaxing. Oh and by the way, please pardon my expression in the photo :p

Back to the villa

After having our dinner, we went back to our villa and have some chit chat, have some clean up, re-organize our stuffs, and all things. Then, we also have our 360 assessment where we share what we think about bEASY and about each other, what problem we faced, and so on and so forth.

It ended by 3 am in the morning and we were quite exhausted, but unfortunately we still have some papers to do for our class in Friday 😦 So we stayed up a little bit more.

Day 2 – April 21, 2016

Paris Van Java (PVJ)

We had our breakfast in the villa, and then finish our paper works until mid day. Then, we checked out from the villa and went to PVJ to have lunch and just a little bit of shopping. Funny story, we finally decided to eat at Richeese Factory, which actually can be found in Tangerang ^^’

After eating our lunch, we did a little bit of shopping in H&M, Stradivarius, and Topshop. I didn’t buy anything, though, since nothing caught my eyes. My no spend month is definitely working!

Farmhouse Susu Lembang

Since we went out from PVJ in the afternoon, we will be caught in the traffic jam if we went right back, we decided to go to Farmhouse first. There, we stroll around just a little bit, and then stayed for a long time in the little zoo area. They have sheep, rabbit, guinea pig, iguana, and some tortoise. I definitely fell in love with every single one of them!

Pabrik Tahu Susu & Martabak Nikmat Andir

After that, we went to Pabrik Tahu Susu Lembang to taste their wonderful tofu and have a little rest. And of course we can’t miss the delicious ‘martabak manis’ so we grabbed it on our way back to BSD. It was superb!

So that’s all the story I have for you! I hope you enjoyed the story as much as I do 🙂 I can say our short trip has definitely made an impact in our team. We can know each other better and can be more relaxed working with each other.

What about you? Have you ever went to Bandung? Where have you been? Or probably you went somewhere else to have a team bonding? Share your story with me down below!

Until next time, bye!

Love,

Patricia
